& MARK A PLACE IN TIME FOR EVERY CHANCE YOU TOOK? ----------------------------------- "she said, her face illuminating with a soft smile as she handed her driver a crisp twenty dollar note. As she closed the door behind herself to the museum, she felt instantlly relieved. For some reason, this place always caught her interest. As she strolled through the exhibits, she read the titles with fascination. Most people never knew that she was so into history, but she really was. As she stopped to view a priceless masterpiece, she smiled in appreciation. She loved the arts, all forms of it. Obviously, that was why she was in Murphy's. Taking her eyes off of the statue, she walked through the doorway to another exhibit. As she viewed the artifacts, she tuned out all the other noises from the rest of the world. & MARK A PLACE IN TIME FOR EVERY CHANCE YOU TOOK? ----------------------------------- " As she pressed send she laughed softly to herself. It was humorous to her that he was named after a greek god, so she decided to throw it in there. She could never come back with amazingly great comebacks, but she did her best. After she put her phone on vibrate, she slid it back into her pocket and continued to look over the exhibit. History had always fascinated her, she didn't know why. Her father shared the same love of the subject, that's why his hotels were so rich in culture. Also the reason why they were so popular as well. Ainsley finished looking over the exhibit and headed over to the next one. Sure enough Alexandro was there, reading the small sign in front of the case. A smile spread across her lips as she walked over by him, being as quiet as possible. As she was almost by his side her smile grew wider she looked up at him. " Well well well...what do we have here?"Ainsley asked, analyzing what he was doing. Then a look of fake shock flitted across her face. " Alex knows how to read? I can't believe it. I thought all he was good for was seducing poor, innocent girls." Ainsley let out a soft chuckle. She loved teasing him, he took it so well. This was more of her way of flirting with him, pretending to insult him. Deep down, Ainsley really did like him more than to just keep their relationship to flirting. Only the closest of her friends knew this secret. Of course, they knew that they were very compatible, but hadn't acted on it. Yet. As she thought over the possibilities, she brushed her brunette locks away from her field of vision. Her gaze was now fixed upon the exhibit as she tried to hide the sly smile on her face. he asked with a grin. “And what about you? It’s Saturday. I mean, I know you’re a history loser but…it’s Saturday. Really, Ainsley?” He nudged her with his elbow teasingly, then flung an arm around her shoulder. He stepped forward, leading Ainsley through the museum. More exhibits that he was barely interested in, but knew she loved. “Just a question – what draws you in about this kind of stuff?” he asked, looking down at his side where she was. None of this really caught his eye. He was all for living in the moment – obviously it was important to know about a place, about the past, but Alex figured it was just the basics that he needed to know. He lived for the future. In his future was photography. And speaking of which, he took out his little digital camera that he had with him at all times. Not before turning the flash and sound off, he snapped a candid shot of Ainsley. He glanced at it – beautiful, as usual – and then turned the screen to her so she could veto it if she wanted to. Alex hated deleting pictures, especially of his friends when they were just being themselves, but she somehow always convinced him to. The only other person who could do that was Apollo, and that was because if Apollo looked bad, some people could mistake it for Alex, and then he would look bad. Which wasn’t something Alex liked, especially when Ainsley teased him about it. He smiled, though, and told Ainsley, “If you make me delete this one, I’m not gonna be happy.” Which was completely true[/blockquote][/blockquote][/ul]

& MARK A PLACE IN TIME FOR EVERY CHANCE YOU TOOK? ----------------------------------- "she said, remembering the past week when he had been practically watching her the whole time. " I may not be blonde, but I do have unsurpassed beauty" A slightly cocky smile lit up Ainsley's face as she said this. Personally, she found herself pretty, but definitely not gorgeous or anything of that sort. Her gaze returned back up to his face as she ran her fingers over the hem of her shirt. Ainsley laughed softly and nodded. " I don't know, there was really nothing better to do today. I couldn't sleep, not with my roommate snoring." she said, wishing that she had a different roommate. Ainsley walked beside him, enjoying his arm around her shoulders. They were really close, and she was glad that she had him to hang out with. Of course she had plenty of girl friends, but it seemed easier when her friend was a guy. As she took in an exhibit, his voice broke the piano in the background. She looked up at him and shrugged. " I really don't know, to tell you the truth. It just fascinates me." she said, her eyes lingered on his face for a moment before she looked back to the exhibit. Truthfully, she didn't know why she liked it so much. She was thankful for it though because some roles in the acting world required knowledge of the era it was from. All along she just figured she had inherited this love from her father. Ainsley was caught off guard when he snapped a picture of her, but she didn't mind. A smile illuminated her face as she laughed softly and waited for him to let her see it. Not that bad, she was looking at the exhibit, her eyes focused and her expression pensive. At least her mouth wasn't half-way open or her eyes shut from blinking. " Of course not, I like this picture of me and besides, you need the practice."she said laughing softly. As they walked through the next exhibit, it was a photograph composition of Ireland's castles. " Those pictures are beautiful, such good photographers."she noted as she looked back at him. " Who knows? Maybe some day your pictures will be in a museum." Ainsley said elbowing him in the side softly. [/blockquote][/blockquote] [/ul] ----------------------------------- words!

he said, quite obviously lying. “She’s a good model. I can feel it.” Alex laughed again, quieter this time, and squeezed Ainsley’s shoulders. “Yes, I suppose you do,” he said in response to her comment about her own unsurpassed beauty. He listened to her about her loud roommate. His own roommate snored like a chainsaw, too. He was still looking down at her when she answered his question. Alexandros liked that she felt comfortable with him. He was totally comfortable with her, and it made him feel…strange. A good strange. He wasn’t like this with every girl. They didn’t have the love of history in common, but still he liked being here with her – maybe it was just Ainsley. Maybe it didn’t matter where they were. As she looked at the screen on his little digital camera, he grinned. Good, this one would stay. She did look amazing in this picture, and he was glad that he had gotten it just right – it was in focus, not blurry at all. “Oh, I need the practice do I?” he said, laughing and reaching his other hand down to tickle her side. He followed her eyes to the exhibit. The images were quite beautiful, better than he could even dream of taking at this point in time; he hoped that he could take such pretty landscapes some day. “Maybe,” he laughed. Other people were trickling into the museum, and the person looking at the exhibit behind them whipped their head around in surprise. “I hope some day, there will be a museum dedicated to me. The Dalton Museum of Awesome,” he said with a smile. If only.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/ul]

& MARK A PLACE IN TIME FOR EVERY CHANCE YOU TOOK? ----------------------------------- "she said, really trying to keep the smile off of her face. A few seconds later the expression broke and she smiled widely. She had never been able to keep very serious for a while anyways. Unless there was a real reason for it, she prefferd having a smile on her face. As he commented, she ran her fingers through her dark locks. She thought it might be time for a haircut. Of course she loved her long, brunette hair but change was always good, right? Ainsley had never thought change was really good until she had become closer with Alexandro. He made her come out of her shell more, made her more open. Now she wasn't exactly the most outgoing person but she was better than she used to be. As he asked if he needed the practice, she smiled and opened her mouth to speak but it was too late. Ainsley was beyond tickilish, it was insane. She squirmed away from his touch, accidentaly falling against the glass case. Luckily it was heavy duty, but it quivered slightly from the impact. Ainsley looked at him with wide eyes as she stepped away and begun to laugh. Today was going to be so much better than she had expected. As she looked at the staff near the enterance, they glowered at her and whispered something. She was confident that it was about their volume level, but Ainsley could really care less. Ainsley laughed loudly at the title of his museum, feeling the gazes of quite a few people resting upon her." I wouldn't call it that, since you'd have to share it with your brother."she said, winking as they walked ahead. Ainsley and Apollo were fairly good friends, but it was a bit awkward since she was into Alexandro. She liked him all the same, and it was good she had the ability to tell the two apart. How embaressing it would be if she got them confused with eachother. Especially in a situation where they were kissing or something of the sort. Ainsley looked at the exhibit in front of them, taking in the artifacts once more. " Or," Ainsley mused as she looked over at him." You could see me on the silver screen some day." Ainsley's passion was acting and she never grew tired of it. [/blockquote][/blockquote] [/ul] ----------------------------------- words!
