One few West,
One flew over the Cuckoo's Nest
The St. Lazarus Institute for the Mentally Unstable houses young men and women ages sixteen to twenty-four, of varying illness and hostility. It’s system is ridged, perfected over the years to provided maximum efficiency. Patients are completely cut off from the outside world, the staff are in more or less the same position. Each patient has a bracelet and a code. The code is their identity, the bracelet is their ever-present supervision. The microchip inside of it insures no patient leaves the grounds unnoticed. It is a heavily structured environment between cold, grey walls.
In the corner of the grounds, a laboratory hosts a group of scientists working for the Brodair Research Facility for the Advancement of Medicine and Humanity. The Brodair scientists create new methods of chemical warfare and cleansing society, using the patients as they're guinea pigs and test subjects. In the asylum, chief psychiatrist Dr. Carver watches the number of successful cases fall and deaths rise, as control over the institute slips from his hands into those of Brodair. An inner power struggle is starting, doctor vs. scientists with the young, unstable patients stuck in the middle.
Are you part of the solution, or the problem?[/blockquote]
